Enabling Device Detection in web.config

To Enable device detection in the workarea, follow these steps.

  1. In your website root folder, edit web.config.

    2. Note: Always backup your web.config file before making changes.

  2. Locate the key ek_EnableDeviceDetection.
  3. Set the value to True.

    4. <add key="ek_EnableDeviceDetection" value="true" >

  4. Save the web.config file.
